I know exactly how you feel. Get to the doc and get something for the anxiety, it really helps. I know how scarred you are, I was terrified, and still am scarred, but the people here are going to hold your hand, me too. You can do this, you really can. It is a fight worth fighting, sometimes it is so hard you think your not going to make it, then you have this wonderful day full of rainbows and happiness and you can see what your life will eventually be like everyday. You can do this Beckylynn, you are so like me. Cigarettes covered up my anxiety and depression and every other problem on the face of the earth. Take B12 and 5HTP, it really helped me out. But get to the doc for some meds to help you out, let them know how you feel when you quit, take all the help you can get and stay around here, we will all help, I promise.
Take care..and don't worry, it makes it so much worse.
Kelly (look at my name, anxious1, I know how you feel)
