Sparky, I'm glad you're feeling better. This journey is certainly one of ups and downs. As Rusty has said, you've been through a lot, and you've come out on top! We're behind you 100%. Keep smiling. Thinking of you, ((((hugs)))) Jan My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/27/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 92 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,300 Amount Saved: $782.00 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 13 Mins: 16 Seconds: 12

Sparky, I am right here with you, my friend, counting down the hours to your big anniversary. I wish I could come to O'ville and give you a hug. But our little virtual hugs will have to do. In one more day, you will have gone through all of the seasons of the year, all the revolutions of the sun that we call a year. That is a HUGE, GIGANTIC, ENORMOUS thing to ponder. To know that you have done this thing for that long is mindblowing. You have overcome so much and lived with so much and you deserve to have a little emotion about it all. It's okay to feel what you feel. It's okay to reach out. You've done good, my dear, and I am proud of you. I haven't been around much lately. I have been feeling sorry for myself and wasn't really good company. Not a real good place to be in, since the monster likes to chatter a lot when you are in a bad spot. Not sure what was going on. Long winter, cold weather and I am sure another mile stone to hurdle. Anyway I am ok. I see there are a lot of newbies, welcome. And for the rest of you "oldies", hello. Keep the Quit Sparky My Milage: My Quit Date: 4/30/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 364 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,640 Amount Saved: $1,092.00 Life Gained: Days: 51 Hrs: 14 Mins: 17 Seconds: 8
