Great decision Steph! I know it can seem a little daunting in the beginning. But sometimes the thought of quitting can be worse than actually doing it.
One crave at a time, one day at a time.
Post often, it really helps.
All the best,
Jan

Hey Steph & Welcome....
Congrats on your awesome decision to stop smoking. I think most people are scared picturing a life without their most 'dependable' ally by their side. The one they can count on when happy, sad, tired, mad to be there. Who wouldn't be scared--many fear the loss of their 'best freind'. Hmmmmm, however, we have come to realize (most of us rather quickly) that all of our emotions can be handled without our life draining 'best friend'. Steph--do lots of reading & posting here on the SSC. It has been a great help to many of us. And I'm not saying it's easy (but it really hasn't been that bad either)--but life is certainly more enjoyable without the smokes. So---welcome, be strong and remember NOPE--Not One Puff Ever)
