Nice to hear from you again! And yes, it is all good!
Newbies, do not fear a life that is smoke-free.. I was scared, but listen to older quitters. Now I am 'old' - from a 40 a day smoker to a non-smoker. I do not miss it at all.
Do yourself/your family a favour.

I got the cutest little maltese puppy to celebrate. The smog is sooo gone. Caught my neighbor out front smoking yesterday, had a flashing crave (after all I did smoke for several decades) but remembered that most of the time I didn't even notice I was doing it. I was a junkie getting rid of withdrawal discomfort.
I love all the numbers. Is that FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS? To ruin my health. It's a great feeling. Stick with it all of you out there struggling. There is NO downside to being a nonsmoker. It's all good.
NOPE,
Janet
