Hi All my Freebird Friends. I'm still around & still a quitter. Some days are really super hard for me lately. But I'm proud of what I'm doing. On Tuesday I really wanted to smoke a cig but I made it through without smoking. It gave me more confidence in myself. Keep up the great quit, all of you. Woo Hoo... Freebird here... Nekkid Freebird at that! I took the day off of work today to go to the Zoo with my daughter and all of her 2nd grade class... This will be the 1st field trip in forever (my oldest is 14) that I won't be looking to ditch the kids and have a quick smoke behind the restroom, or worse... Smoke while they are at the restroom, having lunch, whatever... Have a wonderful smoke-free day! Woo Hooo good to see you quit buddies. I am in AZ went from snow in Wash on Sunday am to 83 degrees..LOL my sister in law left yesterday and left her ciggies and lighter on the patio table... My mother in law is so excited about my quit.. I said mom, Kathy left her cigarettes... so she got them. I am doing great....
