Hi All,
just to let all you quitters know that I'm still a quitter (yeah)!!! Passed my 2 yr barrier recently without any cravings.
The most important need to have's when your quitting is:
Have support - the site, friends and family, etc.;
Have the will to really stop - and stick with it; and
Get something to keep you occupied when you're in front of the tv or something.
I started knitting and it worked very well, knitting when I was watching tv, when visiting with friends (who luckily understood), in the car when hubby was driving...
Well, it worked
Good luck :)
