Terry, I think Tresa owns the saying, "You can lose the weight - you can't lose emphasema." Yes, I have gained weight, about 17 lbs all total, then I lost fourteen, then my treadmill was down for two months and I gained back ten, so I feel like a beach ball. I am four foot nine and I never gained weight my whole life until I quit smoking. (And because I quit so many times, I now have alot more than 17 lbs to lose) But you know what? For as many times as I quit and gained, there is no way on the face of this earth, that I will go back to smoking. I will lose the weight, that I can do. The weight isn't enough to kill me. The cigarettes were! Focus that anger on the cigarettes, and never go back! Don't give the cigarettes a chance to do it to you again! :)
