hi ginette
my quit day was march 12th.
when that 9:00 urge hits try really deep breathing for 5 minutes.that's about the same time it takes to smoke 1 cigarette and it will make you feel great.
congratulations an a great 25 days !

Today is my 25th day of non-smoking and I must admit I'm struggling a bit. Went off the Champix a week and a half ago. I waws on it for over 12 weeks. Time to get off it. It's usually in the morning when I'm having a hard time of it around 9:00 and I think "yeah, I'll have just that one cigarette" but I never do which I'm relieved. I know it's just a mindset now. Got to think positive. I don't want to lose those 25 days I've accummulated.
Are there any March quitters? Would like to meet you guys. Anybody quit around March 21st?
Well, off to work I go which is a good thing. Gets my mind off smoking.
Take care everybody.
Ginette
