even with stepping down to the 14 mg. patch ;) YAY ! !
Couldn't have been this successful without adopting a POSITIVE
MENTAL ATTITUDE (all due to hotsio (Jim :), following my bag
full of coping tools, my strong resolve that smoking won't
change a &%(#)# thing, all of my wonderful friends here at the
SSC and doing a lot of meditation and breathing exercises.
Staying in the moment, taking one day at a time...
and learning that this journey is based on baby steps ! !
