happened to most of us. Been on this site for almost a year, is kinda funny how things repeat :-)
You will feel worse before you feel better cause nicotine masks problems.
Some quitting symptoms include:
O2 levels coming back = dizziness
Chest pains = healing the damage
Hunger = substituting the high
Anger = from resisting cravings (and dealing with stupid people)
These dates are for cold quit, no slips and no NRTs;
You will also experience severe cravings on day 28-31, (mark your calendar) so you can laugh and say, "Huh! John in NC said this would happen!". Cravings don't stand a chance when you predict them. It can be rather funny at times. Then you go through these ups and downs and some anger.
Now, the good news, for me it was at 160 days there were more cravings or moodswings. I felt pretty darn good all the time.
Oh and congrats on the quit Judy you're doing great!
