Glasgow_guy, Sometimes, when our body is getting rid of toxins, it can come out our pores. Our faces, in particular, were assaulted with smoke many times over the years. It may be cleaning house so to speak. A good routine such exfoliating, cleaning, toning & moisturizing can be helpful. If the problem persist, seek out the aid of a dermatologist. Hey there Glasgow guy!!! Yes, I believe they are called quit zits!! And I had them last week. We also quit a day apart..Anyway if you made it through your teenage years with the zits, you'll do ok now...it's just temporary. Take care, have a smoke free day and know that there is clear skin in the future for us!!!!!
