Chicago~by the way I use the sunmark spearmint gum. It's not bad at all. Some insurance companies even cover the gum. I get mine for free-it's worth checking it out. So with the saved $ lemme recommend a massage to all of ya. A massage will release all of the toxins that have been building up inside from smoking, not to mention it will relax you. Hi Robin, new me is right, this would have been alot easier had I quit at your age, instead I waited 32 years to make the decision to quit and believe me it's no picnic. So hang in there girl...you can do it!! Maybe looking at this will help the cravings go away!!! Robin, Congrats on making 10 days! You have many many more ahead of you. You can do this! The younger you are when you quit the better.. hang in there, take it one second at a time if you have to... It will get better!
