Robin, You are wise beyond your years to realize that you need to quit smoking NOW...do it now, while you are young. You are feeling the cravings now..imagine if you smoked another 20 years and then decide to quit??? There will never be an easier time for you than NOW. Think about that. Nicotine is a very addictive drug. To not be drug addicts anymore, we need to abstain from the addictive substance. One is too many and a thousand is not enough..it truly is a vicious circle. GET OUT NOW!!!!! You can do it and you will be so happy that you did. new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 317 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,608 Amount Saved: $1,585.00 Life Gained: Days: 44 Hrs: 5 Mins: 20 Seconds: 15

Congratulations on 10 days smoke-free. You can do this Robin. Read all you can about nicotine addiction and how to handle the cravings and all the phases. Yes it is hard sometimes, but it is completely doable, as you can see by all the people working hard here at this battle. We are in this together. Stick to your guns, and remember NOPE - not one puff ever.
