Hi all. Anyone in here experiencing generalized anxiety disorder? I could use some help and support and a friend or two or three. I awake with anxiety. I take ativan in the morning one or two mg. My three kids are in school, my husband leaves for work before i get up. I am up from 6:30am and suffer thoughout the day. I then take 20mg of Paxil and Zyprexa 2.5mg My Dr. and I are planning to switch to Effexor nest week in hopes to get me under control again. You see the Paxil has stopped working. We increase the dose over time to 60mg. Now I am weaning myself off the paxil to start the effexor. I have trouble being alone during the day. I work as casual labour once in awhile the snow and cold up in rural Ontario can stop me from going out. I'd like to find a chatting buddy. Thanks for listening.
