Hello Changing -
Your name says it all, my friend.
You are healing, your body, mind and spirit are healing now. I took so many little catnaps when I first quit, and I slept and slept - we need to rest and to follow our body's lead, so just do what your body tells you to do as much as you can. Your body will definitely let you know what it needs - just listen carefully to it...
Fatigue is a facet of the quit for many of us. Just take it one day at a time, and be kind and gentle w/yourself while you heal, dear one.
Blessings and Light-
Healer
