Great to hear from you Brown Sugar! It is amazing how nic damages your gums. I've spent too much money to ever go back. I do a daily waterpic, floss and elec brush now. judy

You are awesome, your stats are awesome, and I also want to say, thank you for going over there. Freedom isn't free, not only in relation to addiction.

Hey, Brownsugar, glad to hear from you and that you've really kept that quit going even under such huge stress (I'm assuming that you're still in the Mid.E?) Stay cool and keep your head down!!

Hello All,
I can't believe that 240 days have pass. I am not sure where the time went. I have not been on the site in a while but I did not give in to addition again. There has been times where cig. try to call me again but I would not go.
One of the great benefits I found is that my dental health is much better than it has ever been. I never realize how much smoking reck your teeth and gums until I quit. I have had my teeth deep clean 4 times now and still don't have all that dare nictone out.
I am so glad I am smoke free. I hope all are doing well. Stay encouraged on your stop smoking journey. Don't Gove up and Don't give in !! Not one puff. :)
