It really is amazing that the majority of the time, I don't even think about smoking anymore, and I AM quite capable of doing my daily life without smoking. I have been struggling at the 70 day mark, but if I think about it realistically, when I did smoke, I thought about smoking constantly, planning, plotting, and puffing away. And now I only think of it off and on maybe 2 or 3 times during a day. So this truly is doable. Thanks!
I looked at my quit meter on my puter yesterday and it said I'd quit for 100,000 minutes - and I sure wasn't thinking of smoking all those minutes! I'm so grateful for this site, it makes so much sense! Thanks Stickin!
