Yes Josie you are so right! that it lasts much longer then I ever thought, at imes I feel it gets worse the longer I haven't smoked, but other times it is better, I do beleive that the longer you have smoked, 50 years for me, the harder it is to re-adjust. I am still trying to figure out who I am, it is so confusing as I never! want to smoke again but still have a hard time again with trying to figure put who I am, and at times I really don't like myself very much, the cig craving isn't a big problem at all just don't really like who I have become, if I don't feel better soon will go to dr. and see what he has to say, just want to be happy and carefree like I was when I smoked, can't seem to do that and been almost a year.
People who are out there, please quit before you have very many years behind you! If only we could have been smarter when we were younger to never start! see so many young people who are just starting to smoke and makes me sick! but like me no one listens.
every time I see a new member here I do get such a happy feeling!
to all newbies keep up the great work, you can do it!!!!!! Lot's of pixie dust to you all, soak in the magic dust!
hugs,prayers,pixie dust,
Bobbi
