I can't wait to have your stats bj! Congrats on 40 Days, That's AWESOME!!! And your right about the Grit  I need some of that. Not there yet but I will be. I know for me it's N.O.P.E. that's what did me in last time. Well that and a few drinks. So I am staying away from the drinks for now and following all the rules! Frankie, I smoked longer than you have been alive and I did it, I know you can too! Welcome aboard and good to have you with us! Enjoy the ride, these people are fantastic, you will not believe the support you will receive...this one is THE quit for you, I am sure!! I never would have made it if I had not found this website. I did not use Chantix, but from the posts I have read here, it sounds like the drug to take, many, many success stories with the use of it have been appearing in the posts. So, visit here often, drink lots and lots of ice water, keep something close by to chew on, and have a great smoke free day! Frankie, welcome. I too did the Chantix. Best route for me. Stick close and post often. I'm glad you came back. Keep up the good work. The nicotine is out of your system by now. Use the tools of the program and you will be just fine. Welcome Frankie! I'm doing the Chantix route too and it really is doing it's job! It sure is making my LAST quit more tolerable! Joining the SSC has probably been my saving grace, though!!! Post often, especially if you are getting an especially urgent crave and we'll be here to help!!! Be sure to turn on your quit meter, too, so we can track your progress with you!! It, too, can be very motivational seeing it every day!!!
