Hello Everyone, Dont be concerned with the thought of having eternal craves. The last time I spoke with Janet was 14 months ago. At that time she had been smoke-free for 15 months. She was telling me about a camping trip that she went on and how she had a lot of trouble side-stepping some terrible, terrible cravings. She went on to say that she once loved to smoke near an open campfire, in the great outdoors. Well today, while driving on the company property, I saw her walking, she saw me as well and immediately held up her right hand displaying the victory symbol. I pulled up along side of her, stopped the car, rolled down the window and she said, Its been 2 years since I quit, I feel great and never consider smoking anymore. I said, Well its been closer to 29 months Janet! When you have to stop and think about how long, well then transition complete.
