Hey Guy's, Just wanted to stop by and brag. It's been a long time since I;ve been here. March 24th will be 3 years quit for me. the past 3 years have been unbeliveable! would not trade it for anything. just got done with my last addiction. lost 50lbs, 30 that I gained from quiting and an extra 20. I smoked for 22 years. Now I run for 5-6 miles 3 days a week (non stop). Life is GREAT, so keep going all you quiters, it get's so much better. I couldn't even imagine what a smoke would be like. Good luck to all. remember N.O.P.E.!!! it will get you were you want to go. take care, could not of done it without ya. ly pete My name is Pete, and I am a nicotine addict. I have stopped nicotine for 2 years, 11 months, 23 days, 11 hours, 6 minutes and 1 second (1088 days). I've not given in to the "21769" Cigarettes I would have smoked! and not wasted $4,269.88 to buy them. I've saved 75 days, 14 hours and 6 minutes of my life.
