Oddly enough, the money I save by not smoking just seems to find another way to get spent :-)
The cool thing is that by not smoking I was able to afford to take a leave of absence from work last spring and summer and live on my own savings.
Durring that time off, I discovered that I really needed to change jobs, and so, have done so and feel much more like my own person.
If I had not stopped smoking, I wouldn't have been able to afford the LOA and would probably still be stuck in a job that was stifling me...so I would say hurray for the money I didn't smoke...and hurray for the freedom I've found in being smoke free and double hurray for all the great people I've met along my journey :-)
