Becca...smoking is NOT a hobby, it is an addiction. I hope you come back and post here. Yes, the first day will be tough...many "firsts" are like that, but this can be done!! I smoked for 36 yrs and quit....don't beat yourself up over this, but know that you can do it, if you are really, truly ready to give this up. You have children. Do you want them to smoke when they grow up? Statstics show that most young kids smoking out there now smoke because one or both of their parents do. Just another thing that you might like to concentrate on. Sometimes, we are more willing to do things for our kids than we are for oursselves. I am so happy not to be a "stinky" Mom anymore!! And sadly, yes, both of my grown children smoked, because their father and I did. But, we all quit at the same time, so life is good and getting better every day, promise!! Hang Togh and remember PMA..positive mental attitude..you CAN do this!!
