Here is My deal

17 years ago 0 1 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
OK here is my deal, I use to be almost 300lbs when I was in school. I started loosing weight about 3 years ago when I decided that I was tired of all the comments that I was getting. Now I have lost about 125lbs and pretty happy with the size that I am. My main fear of quitting smoking is gaining all this weight back. I have a pretty healthy eating style in the hence that I do not eat at fast food or do fried food at the house. The weight has always been a big issue for me and I super scared to gain it back again. I live a pretty busy lifestyle and do not have the time to squeeze in a work out regime.... what else can I do to get this fear out of my head and actually quit? Anyone been in this situation? ANY ideas are welcomed!
