I also have a telephone support group, who I called yesterday for the 1st time, & in their information that was mailed to me, they suggested you reward yourself at least once a week for your milestones. You're right, I'm going to reward myself more often. I just didn't realize what a task quitting was going to be. I have some extra money saved up now & I deserve it.
