Hey Kathy,
John here, I am not a cheerleader so will not give you the go kath go routine but what I think will help you quit.
Throw the inhaler in the trash. It is the worst thing you can use to quit. Maybe the term "Too close to home" will sound familiar. Using a device that you hold like a cigarette and provides you with nicotine as WAY WRONG. You understand the company that makes the inhaler main purpose is to make money, if you quit with their product that is secondary to them.
Just be committed, make the decision and then just quit.
Use the N. O. P. E. (not one puff ever) method.
If you are truly committed you will quit. Three rough days then things get progressively easier.
To the left is a workbook and some things to do like writing a list of why you want to quit. This is SOOOOOoo important and you will need to refer to this list when you feel you need to smoke.
Can you quit? Of course you can it is only a cigarette and you have the power to control your life.
