Hi Meg, as BJ referred to the attitude is huge key for quitting. Try to get away from I'm trying and go to I quit! That was a big part of my anxiety when I quit. I was trying to rationalize and had excuses and what if's. It will work so keep telling yourself that. Good Luck and Welcome. This site is amazing. To all of you who replied to this post....Thank you so much...I can't even begin to tell you how much I know this site will help me with my quit. My quit day is tomorrow and this morning I woke up in a state of panic. But I'm feeling better after reading your messages and can't wait for tomorrow. (Actually I only have one cigarette left and am NOT going to buy anymore.) Again thank you to all for being there for me. I'll let you know how I'm doing tomorrow. :)
