When a body doesnt smoke for a time, the physical addition (craves) go bye, bye followed by the smoking thoughts (the mental and emotional triggers). Then normalcy, low and behold there the desire has left. Wait a minute! When I quit, I thought I was losing my most intimate friend, you know the one I could talk to all the time, the one that lifted my spirits I know I used to think that I physically liked the smoke and now, no longer, really. Folks, its gone come see for yourselves. It is just ahead, right around the next bend, there it is, can you see it!
