Hi Elaine, you said you woke up this way.. Do you have a certain "trigger"... can you try getting out of the other side of the bed.. or change what you do first thing?
I thought sitting in my recliner, watching news, checking email with my cup of coffe would set me on edge... but it doesn't.
My Big trigger is when I get tired. (it is NOT always possible to take a nap..lol) so I am popping a mint. or if I can eat a piece of cheese.. or protein.. it does go away very quickly though....
