Welcome back, Carlos. Good to see you! The key to making it stick is no smoking...not one puff. Next time you feel the urge for just one or just one puff, don't do it and you will stay quit. Good luck! Happy to see you! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 181 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,430 Amount Saved: $1,058.85 Life Gained: Days: 16 Hrs: 9 Mins: 7 Seconds: 37

Let me reintroduce myself, my name is Carlos Alberto and I am from Bolivia, South America. This is my nth quit so far. The longest I have been smokeless was 6 months and the shortest 3 months. I know this is not the right time to do so because I have some problems I have to deal with, but have convinced myself that any day is a good day for a new fresh start. I decided to wait until heck week was over to post, although I had a few minor slips, the quit date is very special to me and must keep it at all costs I have met some wonderful quitters along the way and the helping hand offered to me many times was enough to stay away from cigs. Why I lost my previous quits???? It started with one puff every 2 or 3 days. I thought I could handled it besides I am a grown up man. Well it did not turned that way Once more I am jumping back into the wagon and ride it with all of you My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/7/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 15 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 300 Amount Saved: $15.00 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 12 Mins: 13 Seconds: 37
