It is really good to see you back here.I am so glad you have not given up on yourself or that beautiful family. That's a great new picture by the way.
You are right in that any day is a good day to be free of this addiction. And, there is no perfect time to quit other than right now. Since you have been smoke free for at least 6 months before, you do know first hand just how wonderful it is. It is not always easy but it is so worth the fight. If you can do it for 15 days, 100 days or 200+ days, you can do it again and this time for good. All you have to do is never take another puff, ever.
