A Learning Process

17 years ago 0 1698 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Quitting smoking is a learning process much the same as learning to drive a car.You don't just jump in the front seat and drive away you have to learn how to drive this thing. With quitting smoking you have to learn new ways of rewarding yourself when you do a good job.You have to learn new ways of dealing with cravings, triggers, stress, etc . Now I know it can be difficult to learn new stuff but man it can also be exciting to . So give it a chance the rewards are fantastic. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/20/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 337 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,066 Amount Saved: $3,370.00 Life Gained: Days: 81 Hrs: 23 Mins: 43 Seconds: 45
