Quitting smoking is a learning process much the same as learning to drive a car.You don't just jump in the front seat and drive away you have to learn how to drive this thing.With quitting smoking you have to learn new ways of rewarding yourself when you do a good job.You have to learn new ways of dealing with cravings,triggers,stress,etc . Now I know it can be difficult to learn new stuff but man it can also be exciting to . So give it a chance the rewards are fantastic. :)
