Did you write out your reasons of why you want to quit?
If not try it, it worked for me, and then put the list where you used to keep your cigarettes. When you crave, pull it out and read it.
Remember, cravings only last a couple minutes your first week then they get shorter and shorter.
As a smoker you will have a craving everytime you can't light up.
So never feel that you are going to be living with cravings if you stay quit, it is actually the other way around.
So get rid of those cigarettes and lets get going on a new life!
