I am still here and smoke free. I am so excited, one of the books stores in town Finally got in the Allan Carr book, so I bought that, along with many other self help books, my daughter picked out a few, so 80.00 later (nice reward I would say), I am ready to read. Now, find the time. How is everybody today? I am snowed out and can't stand it. I am sure a lot of you out there are too. I keep getting these weird cravings out of nowhere, I am able to ignore them, but its really a bummer, I wish they would just go away. find some other willing addict to provoke.. :eg:
