Excellent karen........I'm glad it's good for you.....Be Proud........

There are more good days than bad coming.......but be careful you don't get too complacent and let the addict jump up and bite you.  It will try.....when you least expect it.
Stay STRONG and keep saying N.O.P.E.

Hey Karen,
Hang in there with this, your brain and body are readjusting to not smoking.  Part of the reason for more problems after work is that is where smoking was more ritualized for you.  Obviously during work hours you never smoked much and then when you got off work is when you did most of your smoking with no restrictions.  What I would do to change this is when you get off work why not instead of lets say going home and grabbing a bite to eat and having that association to smoke you instead just go on a 1/2 to 1hr walk in the park.  You could also do a yoga class, go to a gym, or maybe just decide do some stretching in the backyard.  Whatever it is just changing to doing one thing different during this time could help those evening cravings.  I did my changes in the late afternoon and then went to bed pretty early during my first month and that closed the gap.  Anyway keep up the great determination.  And Brelaine nice to see you got through Hell week and only 4 days till your next milestone.  R
