Look what you have done Sparky! I turn my back for just a moment, and see that you have gone form 100 to nearly 300 days. And that Mr. Kitty, awesome colors! I'd say you have quit. Ask yourself what value smoking had for you, now that you can plainly see that you dont need them, and function fine without them. Ask yourself about the benefits you have personally gained from not smoking. You may have gotten a kitty, have more cash, stole a kiss, can breath, set a good example for others to follow, or can think without smoke getting into your eyes. Sure it is natural, the question on your mind: will I ever smoke again? Weve all wondered about it, Im sure of it. It is part of the letting go; it is a sign of progress and thats exactly what it is. In time you will also come to realize that it is also natural that that thought falls by the wayside, it nots considered, smoking becomes meaningless, its a nothing. You learn to not miss and desire them anymore. For you are quitters, wonders and achievers.
