You know, I really feel like I am doing well. I have my "crabby" moments and boring stretches as well, but it REALLY helps to know that feeling "normal" is just ahead of me.
Now...if I could just stop thinking about pizza!!
Have a great evening,
Cheers, Jan :)

Hi Jan
You bring back memories. I remember feeling like I had let a friend down too when she had asked me to go out for a smoke (I'm trying to remember who it was now???) It reminded me of how I felt when my friends quit and I was still smoking. I hope that she will join you soon too!
When I see people rushing out at the airport, or standing out in the snow, it is SUCH a relief not to smoke!
Congrats to you...You are doing soooooooooo well!
Windy
