Hi all, I clicked in to this site one day out of desperation, I found you by chance and you all helped me so much you will neve know how much, you all keept me going, you got me through some of the worst day's and I thank you all for that because I am still smoke free. I smoked for 40 years, I tried many times to give up before but failed miserably, this time I had no choice I needed an operation but couldn't have it because I had a very serious lung infection that just would not clear up, it took weeks and weeks and lots of medication before I got well. This was just one of many infections, I was getting them all the time and each one was worse than the one before. I knew I had to stop I had to do something I just had to get well. I got champix from my doctor I find them helpful for taking away the anxiety. But the best help is all of you it's great reading about you all, I am learning so much and I don't feel so alone. thank you all for listing to me. PS: I am using my work computure my boss knows he has no problem with it, but maby out of the money I am saving from the cigs I will buy a PC for home then I will be able to keep in touch all the time.
