Hey Kristlu, iam sorry about your dad, there are so many people that just think they are gonna get away with it, My quit had alot to do with my step dad, has Emphysema and only quit in 98 because he couldent breath any more, he is still alive and each day struggles for breath, just makes me crazy, any way he was a big factor in my quit i just couldent handle not being able to breath,
they say to hold your breath, filling you lungs all the way up, then trying to breath, thats the way Emphysema feels, no Mam i know you dont want no part of that, i hope your dad gets along ok and quits smoking, and you take care of your quit :) Hugs Tresa
