Kristilu..Here is my personal pledge from my page on this website:
My Public Pledge
I know this is going to be considered a "wrong" answer, but I am quitting for my husband of 38 years. He has COPD and is very ill. Intellectually, I know I need to quit, but emotionally, my body still wanted to smoke. For me, doing this as an act of love for my husband has made it easier for me to accompish...different strokes for different folks.
I am now over 3 weeks into the quit, and I do not regret it at all. You hang in there and know that you are doing the right thing. Peace and blessings be with you and know that you are not in this alone. jsut never ever give up..Remember, postive thoughts = postive actions
