All I can say is it feels awesome and it gets better everyday. I went months without even thinking of smoking. Cravings come and go now from time to time. Maybe 3-4 times a week and last less than 20 seconds. Anybody can deal with that. If you;re thinking about, you're half way there. Just do it when you're ready and before you know, you will look at your old self as a complete fool. I keep asking my self "Did I really do that for 15 years?", "How could I smoke while I had a cold or the flu?" One thing is for sure. I have had way fewer colds since i quit. i think maybe 1 cold in 8 months and it was minor. That compared to getting long term colds for weeks at a time all the time. Take care.
