Wow, I guess I didn't think I made that much difference. How funny Patrick, you are one of the reasons I keep reading, you are an inspiration!! We can help eachother..I know it. Lets hang in there, sometimes I feel like I am losing grip on the rope, but then I get pulled ashore by you wonderful people. Thanks for the link to the other site...I really have an even bigger problem with anxiety, but through all of this, I have found I can deal with it better than I thought!! :confuse: My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/6/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 67 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,010 Amount Saved: $251.25 Life Gained: Days: 5 Hrs: 12 Mins: 15 Seconds: 30

Anxious, We are always happy to read your post here. We do have a sister site for depression and there is a great program to learn more about depression there too. Check it out at www.depressioncenter.net. Brenna, Bilingual Health Educator

Hey, Anxious! You are one of the reasons I come in here. I've been following you since you made your opening statement on your Quit just a few weeks ago (when i first heard you, i.e.). So, stay close and we'll make it together... Patrick P.S. If you have more than a little depression because of your situation you could try the sister site... depressioncenter.net. Lots of warm hearts there too! Hey A1! Good to hear from you. Never discount yourself, you are very much needed here. At 67 days you are doing a fantastic job and have alot to offer all of us. Keep up the good work. You are a winner!! So we begin a new day, a new week and keep going on with our smoke-free lives with our heads held high. I think a group hug would be in order here! Good. In reality, since I graduated highschool, I have been married to the same man. He is very possesive and I have not talked to or done anything with any friends since graduation. I am 35. I know this is not the best way to live, but its what I know. You all have become the friends I never had, so please, lets stick together. Changing..at 352, I can't imagine how I could have helped you, but thanks for the thoughts, your terrific. anxioux 1, You'll soon realize, that all of the members here are needed. We all have different types of quits. Some are stronger then others. The more new people that come and quit, makes those with longer quits feel great when they can help. It also reinforces our own quits. You are on the cruise to the beach. You should be standing back and saying "Wow I did it!!" You are having a successful quit, revel in it, and don't let anything stand in your way. You have done it!
