rockstar or respirator, A little slip happends. You should now take the time to refocus and set your goals and rewards. Get rid of all temptations in the house, this will make things easier for you. Keep persevering! Sylvie, Bilingual Health Educator

yeeeeeee haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw!! I love the FEBRUARY FREEBIRDS DO IT FAMOUSLY ----THAT'S KIND OF CATCHY! Girl, I gave up the guitar thing, my husband bought me some drums, so that's what i'm doing. Although, you have to be pretty coordinated to do that too, but it is stress relieving?? Hey Rockstar, pick yourself up, dust off and let's quit these nasty things! -- I assume that is you playin the guitar. I am so jealous. My husband plays and if I could play, I would jam thru these type of situations. Good for you for tossing out the ashtrays. I'm making the rounds around my house now doing some tossing, getting ready for tomorrow. I know it's tough, but so are we! Drink some really cold cold water and put like 3 pcs of bubbilicious in your mouth! OK, at least you threw them out...not a good idea to keep anything around like that! Toss 'em all! Keep going Rockstar, you are early in your quit and I am sure you want to be rid of the addiciton! So hang in there. Get out the cold water, gum, all your coping strategies, and use them instead of! You can do it! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 342 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,550 Amount Saved: $3,608.10 Life Gained: Days: 44 Hrs: 22 Mins: 17 Seconds: 3

i also need to let the people who argue abour NRT do their own thing and get on with MY QUIT The following is just for me "so after a WHOLE THREE DAYS i have come up with a plan... I smoked for 14years (5110days) thats alot of time with this habit. so I will be comfortable saying i am am ex smoker after 1704 days) i am going to stay on NRT for six weeks (or more) and then do the smokers diary for NRT... then taper down the NRT.. all this future speak is making me think ....and so, for right now i'll do anything to: JUST DONT SMOKE.... I am specifically concernded with the way i used smokes for emotion.. but besides 3 whole days i have had a distressing conversation, an eight hour work day ( a streach for me) and an early morning ( a challenge pre nosmoke). 3 mile stones 3 rewards i also use to tell myself that the stimulant in smokes was medication for my ADD.. this is a nicodemon i need to bash with a stick..repeatedly...i've spent most of my time reading the treads and have more positivity about this (last) quit than all 50 others.
