Last Christmas eve I celebrated my 3rd anniversary. Three years ago I never thought I would make it a year but thanks to this website I managed to make it through that first 6 months, logging on everyday and just reading everyone's posts helped a lot. I didn't feel so isolated in my quest to be smoke free.
I just want to thank the people behind the website and the others that shared their stories, their triumphs and their slips with me and everyone else on the board.
