It all makes sense Den...that's exactly how we all felt day one!
Hang in there! Pamper yourself these first couple of weeks. I found that chocolate covered peanuts really helped perk me up! Do the deep breathing exercises when you get a bad spell, they really help! Have some goodies on hand to munch on, carrot sticks, cut up veggies with dip, suckers, I sucked on a straw alot and that helped me alot.
Rearrange your computer room too, that will help the triggers a bit too! For some reason, just rearranging your routines also helps.
Hang in there Den! Your body needs time to get rid of those awful drugs and it is sooooo worth the time and effort! You will feel better soon, it gets a wee bit better each and every day and suddenly you will go "Hey, I forgot about it!"
