Thanks JDK!! I am enjoying the quit and reminding myself that it's for the greater good and the cravings will go away! I have been reading some of ur posts with sue...too funny. I understand her frustration with Marks and Spencers, I'm originally from Ireland and we used to have Marks and Sparks here in Canada but it didn't last...I still miss it and it's been ages since its been here. Lucky for me, my parents opened a store here in Canada that sells all the chockies and crisps and lots of other stuff from home. Thank goodness cause without Galaxy and Cadbury I may have not had such a good quit...lol..THANK GOODNESS FOR CHOCOLATE!! Good Morning Everyone!!! It's the beginning of day 5....WOW I made it through 4 days of not smoking...it's just amazing what telling urself no can do...when I feel like I want a smoke, I just say no and it's working...I never thought it would but it is. The morning smoke is still the stubborn craving that hasn't subsided yet but the rest of them during the day are slowly going away. I know what people mean when they start feeling like they want to give up and just give into the craving but I'm not going to!! I Will Remain Smoke Free!! Thanks to everyone again!!! You go girl. Day four and going strong. What used to amaza me in the first and second week was looking at my meter and seeing how much I would have smoked if I didn't quit. YUCK!!!!!!!! Good Morning Everyone!! I made it through another smoke free night and I am proud. I almost slipped this morning because the craving was almost too much to take but I didn't...I remained smoke free!! Merlin....we should buddy up..help eachother through!! I made it through my day 3 and I have to say that was the worst so far, today seems to be better so far. I have my Thrive Gum in case I need it but I'm finding myself holding off on chewing it until absolutely nessisary. Another glorious smoke free day! thank you!
