'K guys, this is NOT good. Eight days into the program, no cheating (well, that part is good). but ,my gosh, food is amazing..just way too TOO amazing!! Mexican, Italian, DQ ice cream, you name it!
I have spent the better part of the last week eating. I have tried walks, I have tried straw chewing, sugar free candy, keeping my hands busy, ice water..but I am still eating! What to do? This is getting scary, you can die from obesity too, ya know!! Can someone tell me if these symptoms abate a bit after the first few days, weeks, whatever?
