Without smoking. Two months without NRT at all. I wish I could say things were better but they are not which is why I seldom post. I'm sick of my whineing and I'm positive everyone else is too. It didn't help that I saw an old friend who has been 2 1/2 years with no cigs and not a single day without a craving. I had an art show, and one of the potential buyers and I got into a smoking discussion. She had not smoked in a decade and told me she was EIGHT YEARS smoke free before she had her first no craving day. I know that most of you do much better than that and have been craving free after not so long, but I'm afraid that I am one of those few who may have cravings for the rest of my life. It surprises me, because I quit smoking once before and it did go away after awhile. Not so this time. If anyone is one of these rare people, I offer a single ray of hope. If the cravings never leave you, as they have never left me, you do, in time, get used to having them.
