Just finished watching the show and I agree ... very similar to our quit program. I am so glad I caught the show. It really reinforced my decision. Those lungs looked NASTY and when they showed that one woman how she will age as a smoker ... yuck! Loved what that actor said about hanging on for just one more day. That's where I am at today. I've had those crazy thoughts but will not smoke today. Cause I know that they pass! That's why we have 2 tv's. It keeps the fight's down. :) Anyway, it was an interesting show. It's funny, though, that the '4 step plan' the doctor's are saying they've developed and made available on Oprah.com sounds an awful lot like what we do when we join this site. Anyone else think so? For anyone that gets the Oprah show, her favorite doctor, Dr. Oz is on today and the subject is smoking and quitting. I haven't seen it so I can't say how good it is, if it is any good, but I just wanted to let you all know in case you want to catch it.
